Cut 11 x 11-inch square of dark purple or gold crepe paper.

  2. Attach a piece of double-sided tape to a cardboard tube, place on one edge of crepe paper, and roll to cover tube.

  3. Secure a twist tie on one end of the cardboard tube. Fill tube with treats. Secure the other end with another twist tie. Fringe ends, if desired.

  4. Cut a strip of crepe paper in a contrasting color and glue to rolled party cracker.

  5. Draw small moons onto white paper, and cut. (Tip: To make a crescent shape, trace a circle from a small round object like a bottle cap or a coin, then a smaller circle within it.) Glue moons in the center of party cracker, affixing a small gold star sticker.
