Lemon-Horseradish Sauce

Serve this creamy sauce with gefilte fish or any dish that calls for horseradish.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest, plus 1 tablespoon fresh juice

  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish, such as Gold's

  • Kosher salt

Directions

  1. Combine sour cream, lemon zest and juice, and horseradish in a small bowl; season with salt. Serve with gefilte fish.
