This eye-catching dressing begins with a base of mayonnaise, ketchup, and pickle relish like Thousand Island dressing does, but our Russian dressing also contains Worcestershire sauce. It takes less than five minutes to make and is great for dipping fries into or slathering on a burger, Reuben, or other sandwich.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

  • 2 tablespoons pickle relish

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • ½ teaspoon coarse salt

  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Directions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Dressing can be covered and refrigerated for up to 1 week.
