Call them a 1990s trend, a riff on a burrito, or a Tex-Mex-inspired sandwich—whatever the description, wraps can be absolutely delicious. While just about anything can be tucked inside a tortilla, rolled up and eaten as a meal, each of the recipes in this collection have a little something extra going for them. In some cases, it's a special ingredient that sets them apart; in others, it's a unique a technique or flavor combination that makes them more noteworthy than your usual wrap.

Take our Buffalo Chicken Wrap, for example: It's a fun riff on buffalo wings that includes chicken tenders, shredded carrots and celery, and a tangy homemade blue cheese sauce. Another hearty option is our Steak Sandwich Wraps. It starts with two spreads: a yogurt-Parmesan mixture on half of the wrap (lavash in this case) and mustard on the other. What about a lettuce wrap?
